In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below, unless the context otherwise requires:

By creating an Account on bet663, accessing the Platform, or using any Service, you unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, together with bet663's Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any sport-specific or game-specific rules published on the Platform.

These Terms and Conditions represent the entire agreement between bet663 and the Player with respect to the use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, warranties, and understandings, whether oral or written.

bet663 reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, bet663 will endeavour to provide at least seven (7) calendar days' advance notice via the Player's registered email address or via a prominent notice on the Platform.

To register and maintain an Account on bet663, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. bet663 strictly prohibits gambling by persons under 21 years old. Providing false information regarding your age is a breach of these Terms and may constitute fraud under applicable law.
• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, partnerships, and other non-individual legal persons may not register as Players.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current registration information, including your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC, a valid Pakistani mobile number, and a valid email address.
• You must not already hold an existing bet663 Account. Only one Account per person is permitted.
• You must not be a resident of a jurisdiction in which accessing online gambling services is prohibited under local law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction.
• You must not be listed on any self-exclusion register maintained by bet663 or any affiliated gambling operator.

bet663 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide reasons for such refusal.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication (2FA) codes. You must not disclose your Account credentials to any third party.

bet663 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials. If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify bet663 immediately via live chat support.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs on your Account, whether or not carried out by you personally. bet663 treats all instructions issued from your Account as having been authorised by you unless you have previously notified bet663 of a security compromise.

bet663 reserves the right to close, suspend, or restrict any Account at any time where it has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, identity misrepresentation, breach of these Terms, or where required by its licensing obligations.

bet663 accepts deposits exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following verified payment channels: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Raast, USDT TRC20, and 1LINK Cash. The availability of specific payment methods is subject to change. Players should check the Wallet section of their Account for current options.

The minimum deposit amount is PKR 100, unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method or promotion. Maximum deposit limits are set at the payment method and account tier level — refer to the Wallet section of your Account for your applicable limits.

• All deposits must be made from a payment source registered in your own name. bet663 does not accept deposits from third-party payment accounts.
• Deposits are credited to your PKR Wallet in real time for JazzCash and EasyPaisa. Bank transfer deposits may take up to two (2) business hours to credit depending on the originating bank's processing schedule.
• bet663 does not charge deposit fees. However, your payment provider may impose its own transaction fees, which are your responsibility.
• Deposits made in error (e.g., wrong amount or wrong account) must be reported to live chat immediately. bet663 cannot guarantee recovery of misdirected payments once processed.

bet663 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of the source of funds deposited into any Account. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges pending investigation.

Players may request withdrawal of their PKR Wallet balance, subject to the completion of KYC verification and satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements. The minimum withdrawal amount is PKR 500.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposit wherever technically possible, as a standard anti-money laundering measure. In cases where the original deposit method does not support withdrawals, bet663 will request an alternative verified PKR account in the Player's own name.

bet663 does not impose withdrawal fees. Players are responsible for any fees charged by their receiving bank, mobile wallet provider, or payment processor.

bet663 reserves the right to withhold or reverse any withdrawal where it has reasonable grounds to believe that: (a) the funds in question were obtained through fraudulent, abusive, or prohibited conduct; (b) the KYC documents submitted are inaccurate or falsified; or (c) the withdrawal would constitute a breach of applicable anti-money laundering laws or regulations.

All betting and casino transactions on bet663 are subject to the following general rules, in addition to any game-specific or sport-specific rules published on the Platform:

• Finality of settled bets: All bets and casino wagers that have been settled and confirmed by bet663 are final. bet663 reserves the right to void or correct any bet or wager that was settled in error due to a technical malfunction, data feed error, or human error.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits: Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all markets and games. These limits are displayed within each game interface and betting market prior to placement.
• Market suspension: bet663 reserves the right to suspend any betting market, remove any game, or limit the maximum stake available on any market at any time and without notice. This includes suspending markets during live events where reliable price data is unavailable.
• Late bets: In-play betting markets close automatically at the conclusion of the relevant betting window. Any bets placed after market closure will be void and the stake returned.
• Casino RNG certification: All RNG-based casino games and slot titles available on bet663 are independently certified by internationally recognised testing laboratories. RTP (Return to Player) percentages for each game are available in the individual game information section.
• Live casino integrity: bet663's live casino tables are operated by certified studios with professional dealers. All card shuffling, roulette wheel spins, and dice rolls are conducted under independent oversight. Video recordings of all live sessions are retained.

In the event of a discrepancy between the result displayed on the bet663 Platform and the result on an official data source, the official source shall prevail and bet663's decision regarding the final settlement shall be binding.

bet663 offers various promotional incentives, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spin equivalents, and VIP programme rewards. All promotions are subject to the specific terms of each individual offer, which are published on the Promotions page of the Platform at the time of the offer.

• One bonus per player: Each promotional offer is available once per Player, per household, per IP address, and per device. Attempting to claim the same promotion multiple times through different Accounts is considered bonus abuse and will result in Account suspension.
• Wagering requirements: Bonus Funds must be wagered the specified number of times (the "wagering requirement") before associated winnings can be converted to withdrawable funds. The wagering multiplier, eligible games, game contribution rates, and time limits are stated in each promotion's terms.
• Withdrawal before completion: If a Player requests a withdrawal before completing the wagering requirement on active Bonus Funds, bet663 reserves the right to remove any remaining Bonus Funds and associated pending winnings from the Account before processing the withdrawal.
• Bonus expiry: Bonus Funds and any associated free rounds that are not used within the stated validity period will expire automatically and be removed from the Player's Account without compensation.
• Bet663 discretion: bet663 reserves the right to modify, withdraw, or cancel any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is cancelled mid-way through a Player's active use, bet663 will honour the terms that applied at the time the Player activated the offer.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on bet663 and will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and where applicable, referral to relevant authorities:

• Opening more than one Account (duplicate accounts);
• Providing false, misleading, or inaccurate registration or KYC information;
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human users;
• Exploiting software bugs, technical errors, or pricing discrepancies in any betting market or game — commonly referred to as "busting the bank" or "glitch exploitation";
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, result manipulation, or collusion with other players or external parties;
• Depositing funds obtained through criminal activity, or using the Platform for any form of money laundering;
• Engaging in coordinated bonus abuse, including but not limited to the use of related accounts to collectively meet wagering requirements or extract bonus value;
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing bet663 staff, live dealers, or other players via any communication channel on the Platform.

bet663's security team continuously monitors all activity on the Platform for signs of prohibited conduct. Players found in breach of this Section will have their Accounts terminated without right of appeal and all balances, including any real-money balance remaining, may be forfeited where such funds are found to have been obtained through prohibited conduct.

All content on the bet663 Platform, including but not limited to the bet663 name and logo, website design, software, graphics, text, game interfaces, data feeds, and promotional materials, is the exclusive intellectual property of bet663 or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gambling entertainment purposes only. This licence does not extend to:

• Copying, reproducing, or redistributing any Platform content;
• Creating derivative works based on bet663 content;
• Framing or scraping the Platform for data extraction purposes;
• Using bet663 branding in any commercial context without prior written authorisation.

Any unauthorised use of bet663's intellectual property will constitute a breach of these Terms and may give rise to legal action.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bet663 shall not be liable to any Player for:

• Any loss of winnings, profits, or revenue arising from technical interruptions, server downtime, or communication failures beyond bet663's reasonable control;
• Any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from use of or inability to use the Platform;
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to a Player's Account where the Player failed to adequately protect their credentials;
• Losses arising from a Player's reliance on inaccurate data displayed on the Platform due to third-party data feed errors;
• Gambling losses incurred as a result of a Player's voluntary decisions to place bets or wagers on the Platform.

Nothing in these Terms shall be construed to limit or exclude bet663's liability for death or personal injury caused by its gross negligence, or for fraudulent misrepresentation, to the extent such limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

bet663's collection, use, storage, and processing of your personal data is governed by the bet663 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By agreeing to these Terms, you also agree to the terms of the Privacy Policy.

In summary, bet663 collects personal data including your name, CNIC number, mobile number, email address, payment method details, and transaction history for the purposes of providing the Service, complying with its licensing obligations (including KYC and AML requirements), and communicating with you regarding your Account and promotions.

bet663 does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Your data may be shared with licensed payment processors, identity verification providers, and regulatory authorities where required by law. Full details are set out in the Privacy Policy.

bet663 is committed to promoting responsible gambling among all Pakistani players on the Platform. bet663 recognises that for some individuals, gambling can develop into a problematic behaviour, and the Platform provides a suite of tools to assist Players in maintaining control over their gambling activity.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all bet663 Account holders from the Account Settings dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set a maximum daily, weekly, or monthly PKR deposit cap. Once set, deposit limits can only be reduced immediately; increases require a minimum 24-hour cooling period.
• Loss Limits: Restrict the maximum net loss you can incur over a defined period. Helps enforce a pre-set budget for your betting and casino sessions.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum session duration after which you will be automatically logged out of the Platform.
• Reality Checks: Configure periodic notifications during active sessions showing your net win/loss position and session duration.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your Account for a defined period (1 day to 6 weeks) during which you cannot log in, deposit, or place bets.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your Account and prevent re-registration for a defined minimum period. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately and are irreversible for the duration of the exclusion period.

All players are strongly encouraged to familiarise themselves with bet663's full Responsible Gaming Policy. Players who believe their gambling may be causing harm to themselves or others are urged to use the self-exclusion tool or contact live support for immediate assistance.

bet663 reserves the right to terminate, suspend, or restrict any Player's Account and access to the Platform at any time, with or without prior notice, where bet663 determines in good faith that:

• The Player has breached any provision of these Terms and Conditions;
• The Player has provided false or misleading registration or KYC information;
• The Player's Account activity presents an unacceptable risk of harm to the Platform, other Players, or third parties;
• Continuation of the Player's Account would cause bet663 to breach any applicable law, regulation, or licensing condition;
• The Player has requested self-exclusion or a cooling-off period.

A Player may voluntarily close their Account at any time by contacting bet663 live chat support. Any remaining real-money PKR Wallet balance (exclusive of Bonus Funds) will be returned to the Player's verified payment method following the completion of applicable KYC checks, provided no breach of these Terms is under investigation at the time of the closure request.

Upon termination of an Account for cause (i.e., breach of these Terms), bet663 reserves the right to withhold any outstanding balance where such funds are found to be directly connected to the prohibited conduct.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which bet663's operating entity is incorporated, as specified in its international gaming licence documentation. In the event of any conflict between the laws of the Player's local jurisdiction and the governing law of these Terms, the governing law specified herein shall prevail to the maximum extent permitted.

It is the Player's sole responsibility to ensure that their use of the Platform is lawful in their jurisdiction. bet663 makes no representation that the Platform is appropriate or legal for use in all jurisdictions.

Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms, the Platform, or any transaction processed through the Player's Account shall first be subject to the bet663 internal dispute resolution process set out in Section 16 below.

If you have a complaint, dispute, or query relating to your Account, any transaction, or these Terms, you should contact bet663 through the following channels in the first instance:

• Live Chat: Available 24/7 directly within the bet663 Platform — the fastest response channel for all account-related matters.
• Email (non-urgent): [email protected] — responses within one (1) business day for non-urgent enquiries.

bet663 will acknowledge all formal complaints within twenty-four (24) hours of receipt and aims to resolve disputes within ten (10) business days. Where a dispute cannot be resolved within this period, bet663 will provide the Player with a written explanation of the status and anticipated resolution timeline.

If, following bet663's internal dispute resolution process, the Player remains dissatisfied with the outcome, the Player may escalate the matter to the relevant dispute resolution body appointed under bet663's international gaming licence.
